Holder of a Federal maturity in science, individual member of the Swiss Chartered Accountants Association, Michel Favre joined the company in 1955.

In addition, he was co-founder of SATA airlines, where he got acquainted with the best Anglo-Saxon standards in accounting. Until 1986, he shared the management of the company with his father Edmond. Today, as Chairman of the Board, he is transmitting the company management to Moreno Sella, appointed CEO in January 2007.
